Reformer Pilates Credit Usage
  • All Reformer Pilates class credits are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
  • Any unused credits after this period will automatically expire and cannot be refunded, transferred, or extended.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and attend sessions within the validity period.
Class Booking Policy
  • All instructor-led Reformer Pilates classes must be booked in advance via the booking system.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A valid credit must be available on your account at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
  • Members may cancel a booked class up to 4 hours before the class start time without penalty.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the class starts, the class credit will be forfeited.
  • Failure to attend a booked class (no-show) will also result in loss of the credit.
Late Arrival Policy
  • Members are required to arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class.
  • Late entry may not be permitted once the class has started, for safety and disruption reasons.
  • If refused entry due to late arrival, the class credit will still be deducted.
Waitlist Policy
  • If a class is fully booked, members can join a waitlist.
  • If a spot becomes available, members will be automatically added and notified.
  • Standard cancellation rules apply once a waitlisted booking is confirmed.
Health & Safety
  • Members must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class.
  • Participation is at your own risk, and members should ensure they are fit to exercise.
  • Proper attire (including grip socks) must be worn at all times.
Conduct & Studio Etiquette
  • Members must treat staff and other participants with respect at all times.
  • Mobile phones should be silenced during classes.
  • Equipment must be used correctly and returned in good condition after use.
  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.
Transfers & Refunds
  • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Exceptions may be made at management discretion in cases of:
    Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Exceptional circumstances
Instructor Cancellations
  • In the rare event the instructor cancels a class, affected members will have their credit returned or extended accordingly.
  • The gym is not liable for any additional costs or inconveniences caused.
Policy Acceptance
  • By purchasing Reformer Pilates credits or booking a class, members agree to comply with this policy.
  • The gym reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
  • Updated versions will be communicated to members.
