Each of the six weeks will focus on one major hybrid competition, allowing participants to:
Learn the movement standards and workout formats
Understand the physical demands of each competition
Identify personal strengths and areas for improvement
Build confidence in a competitive but supportive environment
By the end of the programme, members will have a clear understanding of which competitions best suit them – and the confidence to pursue them if they choose.
TRAINING STRUCTURE
Session 1 – Get Ready
- Focus on fundamentals, technique, and key movements specific to the featured competition.
Session 2 – Get Set
- Increased intensity with combined movements to develop conditioning, strength, and pacing.
Session 3 – The Sim (Saturday)
- A competition-style workout designed to simulate the look, feel, and flow of the actual event.
All workouts are completed in pairs (female, male or mixed), reflecting real hybrid competition formats.
To ensure proper progression and teamwork, participants are strongly encouraged to train with the same partner for the full 6 weeks. Consistent partnerships improve communication, accountability, and performance – making it easier to stay committed and see results.
