Jetts UK is continuing its expansion across the UK with the upcoming opening of Jetts Nailsea, introducing the brand to the Bristol region for the very first time!
The new club will be owned by James and Alba, alongside James’ father as a third business partner, bringing together a blend of business experience, fitness knowledge and a shared ambition to create a thriving community built around health and wellbeing.
For James and Alba, opening a Jetts gym isn’t simply a career move – it’s the opportunity to turn a lifelong passion into a business they can build together. Both have always had fitness at the centre of their lives, with Alba a qualified fitness instructor and a background spanning athletics, football, marathon running; she is also now training to become a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor. Together, they’ll be working in the club full-time, ensuring members receive a genuinely personal experience from day one.
Their journey with Jetts began unexpectedly during a holiday in Newquay.
After training at the local Jetts club, they were immediately struck by the quality of the facility, the welcoming atmosphere and the premium feel of the brand. As they explored franchising opportunities, that first impression only grew stronger. Meetings with the Jetts team, time spent with existing business owners, and an invitation to the Jetts UK Gathering in Lanzarote gave them complete confidence that they’d found the right brand to build their future with.

From the outset, the ambition has been to create much more than a gym. James and Alba are already planning to work closely with local schools, sports clubs, charities and businesses, alongside hosting events that bring people together through fitness and wellbeing.
